1. MONOBLOCK STRUCTURE
BCPC-3319 3 axes CNC stone working center has a solid mono-block structure. It is made of stabilized milled steel to guarantee strength, solidity, protection and safety. The mono-block structure facilitates machine transportation, assembly and installation.
2. HIGH PERFORMANCE MOTOR
BCPC-3319 3 axes CNC stone working center is equipped with a high quality powerful motor that ensures excellent performance of works requiring strong effort.
3. FLAT WORKING TABLE
Working table is made of high-quality steel plate, aluminum and plastic and is rectified automatically to guarantee maximum flatness of the surface. This is essential to reach top quality of finishing.
4. ACCURATE MOVEMENTS
Due to high accuracy linear guides, the bridge and the head move with the maximum precision. The servomotors moving the bridge and the head in vertical direction are totally CNC.
5. FAST TOOL CHANGE
BCPC-3319 3 axes CNC stone working center is equipped with tool holder for 20 tools with a high-speed tool change system and water and dust protection.
The tools have a double refrigeration system:
• External: water flows through the crown around the tool
• Internal: water goes directly inside the tool
