Product Description

BCSS-1400 sandstone quarry machine is a unique machine of double blade stone quarry machine family. It has the horizontal saw blade beside the double blade. Compatible with saws both on the vertical and horizontal ways, it is able to work simultaneouisly at two orientations and suitable for mining sandstone, limestone and laterite in dry condition by cutting them directly into house-brick size blocks for building. Moreover, it's easy to find it of high producing capablity with the genaral velocity at 10-45 meters per minutes.

Main Features:

1. Powerful motor make the vertical cutting more efficiently and less gap. While the horizontal cutting blade also use a 45kw motor. Both them bring machine much more output and lower consumption.
2. Cause cutting with the thick and big swing arm structure, the cutting is stable and fast.
3. A worker is able to employ it after having a try of few hours. The controller assambly is easy for understanding. And the words under the button which in the cabinet can be English or orther language.
4. Blades are made of Q460c manganese steel(difficult eformation)+heat treatment, HR up to 52. The segments are made of cemented carbide, which is hard, wear-resisting, heat-resisting and corrosion resisting.
